The Varley Art Gallery is the central spot to enjoy a weekend of music, art, shopping and family fun. Historic Unionville Main Street transforms into a pedestrian-friendly street complete with a myriad of musical entertainers, food from around the world and a variety of wares including jewellery, handicrafts, clothing and unique items for your home and garden. The gallery offers guided tours of our current exhibitions of contemporary and Canadian and international art. On Sunday, the Carnival of Arts, in partnership with the Bluebridge Festival offers high calibre artists and musicians including strolling jazz and chamber musicians, award-winning poets, a kayak ballet on Toogood Pond, and child-centred musical performances ideal for the whole family.
