15th Annual "Salute To Our Flag"

Our 15th annual "Salute To Our Flag" will be held on Wednesday, February 15th, 2012 in the town's council chamber
 starting at 2 p.m., and it will last about 1 hour. 

This event is to celebrate the anniversary of our great Canada flag, it's 47th in 2012. 

All Proud Canadians from the public are invited.

Our guest elementary school this year will be Ellen Fairclough (named after our 1st female cabinet minister). 

Also participating will be our military Veterans, Peacekeepers, representatives from the RCMP,
 York Region Police, Markham Firefighters and our Olympian athletics. 

Federal, provincial and municipal governments representatives will also be attending.
