Public Information Meeting on Markham's Agricultural Strategy

On January 12, 2010  there will be a public information meeting on Markham's agricultural strategy, Rouge Park's draft agricultural policy and guidelines 

and the Rouge Park agricultural transition plan for the Bob Hunter Memorial Park and the Little Rouge Creek Corridor area and future East Markham lands. 

The meeting will be of interest to agricultural stakeholders, the Rouge Park farming community and the general public. 

There will be presentations by Markham and Rouge Park staff. 

The meeting runs from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Markham Civic Centre in council chambers.
