Preventing the Flu: Are You Ready?

The influenza like illness (ILI) is a serious health condition that can affect 1 out of every 5 people. If not prevented or treated early enough, there can be many complications. This seminar will focus on the different symptoms of the flu and how to get tested. In addition, detailed information will be provided about the flu shot as well as complementary and natural evidence-based methods to prevent and treat ILI. Presented by: Jason Law, Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Kinesiologist. Dr. Law is a senior resident at the Marsden Centre of Naturopathic Excellence and has lectured internationally both to the public and fellow peers on conventional and complementary disease management. He also sits on many boards including the transition advisory group for the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors
