The OESP is an Ontario Energy Board program which lowers electricity bills for lower-income households.
The OESP provides a monthly credit to eligible customers based on household income and size.
The OESP credits are applied directly to eligible customers’ bills.
Language: Presented in Farsi
Registration: At no cost for newcomers.

· Who can apply
· What if I don’t have an electricity account?
· How much will the monthly on-bill credit amount be?
· Participants will learn ways to obtain support from the public library, and discover library services and resources
