NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION 2009

New Year’s Eve 2009 . . . This fun-filled night kicks-off with a champagne / wine reception followed by a star-studded show featuring some of Canada’s best entertainers in a joyous, uplifting music review ranging from Swing and Big Band standards, to Rock ‘n’ Roll hits and Classic to Pop favourites. This showcase of stars takes a up-tempo journey through the Centuries, from the 30s to 2009 with the music and hit songs of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Frank Sinatra, Nat ‘King’ Cole, Paul Anka, Elvis, Tom Jones, Johnny Mathis, Tony Bennett, Michael Bublē, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban and many more! 

Four talented singer-entertainers headline this year’s New Year’s Eve celebration . . . Toronto’s top male vocalist Ian Jutsun, vivacious songbird Robin Lea, tenor Mitch Seekins and the man with the million-dollar smile . . . Rudy Mayes along with the multi-talented 14-member Galaxy All-Star Orchestra under the direction of Eddie Graf and Ross Wooldridge. The Galaxy All-Star Orchestra always amazes and entertains audiences, which is why it is acclaimed as the most professional Big Band in Canada. 

 

New Year’s Eve is a night to party and with-out-a-doubt is the most exciting night of the year. Our all-Star celebration features an open-bar reception serving Champagne/Wine and cheese, party noisemakers, good times with favourite songs, talented singers, outstanding musicianship and a countdown to Midnight to remember. It’s a night of quality entertainment perfect for all ages to celebrating the past and the arrival of a new year.
