Milliken on the Move

Milliken on the Move is an older adults group of 55 years and up.

Meets in the North Hall of the Milliken Mills Community Centre
from mid September to mid June
on Sundays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and  
Wednesdays from  9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Physical activities include Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and line dancing.

Offers crafts and including other activities such as dominoes, cribbage and Mah Jong.

Special events are organized throughout the year.
