Maestro Kristian Alexander opens the concert season with Mendelssohn’s most famous “Italian” symphony. Internationally renowned pianist Christina Petrowska-Quilico performs the evergreen dazzling concerto for piano and orchestra by the Norwegian composer Edward Grieg.
