A variety of courses are available at the Markham Guild of Village Crafts to satisfy your interest. Enroll in some classes and see what you can do!

REGISTRATION: Please register with the individual instructor for the respective course. Students must register 1 week prior to class start date. Most classes require additional materials fees which are not included in the prices unless otherwise stated. Validate times and additional fees with each instructor when registering. Cheques should be made payable to: Markham Guild of Village Crafts.

REFUND POLICY: Full Refund: If the program you choose is cancelled by the Guild.
Partial Refund: $5.00 administration and material fees are not refundable if cancelled by the student.
No Refund: If student cancels later than one (1) week prior to the beginning of the course.

QUILTING
Machine Quilting click on the above photo to view larger	Learn the art of machine quilting while making a sampler of quilting designs. In this workshop, you will learn free-motion quilting techniques, echo quilting, stippling, feathers, and much more. EQ6 Workshop for Beginners click on the above photo to view larger	EQ6 is the newest and most advanced version of the best-selling Electric Quilt software and it is also the most user-friendly. This incredibly full-featured quilt design and drawing program has been especially designed with beginners as well as advanced designers in mind. This workshop will be oriented towards beginners and will cover the basics of simple quilt layouts as well as how to colour, save, and print your quilt designs. Laptop computers with EQ6 installed and activated are required, either brought by the student or provided by the guild. Please inform the guild, upon enrolment, if you need to rent a laptop.
