CoderDojo is a global network of free, volunteer-led, independent, community based programming clubs for young people (7-17 year olds). During a club meeting, all in attendance learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and explore technology (i.e. 3D printers, Arduinos, etc.). CoderDojo meetups focus on community, peer learning, youth mentoring and self-led learning with an emphasis on openness and helping others. CoderDojo is about encouraging creativity and having fun with technology in a social environment.
