Bridges of Hope

Bridges of Hope - a drop-in group provides support, education and resources for individuals impacted by death. 

It meets the 4th Sunday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the hospice office located at 6060 Highway 7, Markham. map 

Evergreen Hospice is a non-profit agency providing supportive care to people of all ages in Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville
who are dealing with a life-threatening illness, death and bereavement care for family and friends.
